Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
- What you were doing, and what you expected instead.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
- The PicklGo version, shown at the bottom of the Settings tab.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
If it involves a specific match, telling me the score and format when it went wrong usually narrows it down straight away.
Common questions
I bought the unlock and it hasn’t appeared. Open the Settings tab and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you’re signed in to the same one you bought with. If it still doesn’t appear, email me.
Is it a subscription? No. The unlock is a single purchase that never renews. It covers unlimited matches, your full stats history and iCloud backup.
My matches aren’t showing on my other iPhone. Sync needs the unlock, both devices signed in to the same Apple Account, and iCloud switched on. There is no sync spinner by design, and it can take a minute or two. Settings › iCloud sync inside PicklGo tells you what the app currently sees.
I deleted the app and my free matches didn’t come back. That’s intended. The count of matches you’ve started is kept in your Apple Account, so reinstalling doesn’t reset the free tier.
I tapped the wrong side. Swipe anywhere on the scoring screen to undo the last rally. For something further back, press and hold a team’s half and choose Correct score.
Can I use it for singles? Yes, and for rally scoring, games to 15 or 21, and best of 1, 3 or 5. Set it all up on the New match screen.
How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes everything on that device. To clear what’s mirrored to iCloud, go to Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage and delete PicklGo’s data. Individual matches can be swiped away inside the app.

Send it to the same address. PicklGo is built by one person, so I can’t promise everything, but I do read all of it and a fair amount of what’s in the app arrived this way.
